All orders are process during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and/or after normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.
How To Order
To add items to your Cart, click on "Add To Cart" of the item you wish to purchase.
To remove an item, click the "X' located next to the item. Item will be removed and new total will be updated automatically.
To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box "Qty" and click "Update Total."
**Items in your Cart is not guaranteed until purchase is FINAL**
When placing your order, it's very imperative that your mailing address, email, city and state is spelled precise and is current with PayPal, as B.E.A.M. Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect listed and spelled mailing address.
Once you've submit your order, payment is automatically deducted from your account. It can take up to 1-3 days for it to be process depending on your financial institution.
What is the checkout process? Is it secure?
The checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to purchase items. Once you're click "Checkout with PayPal" you will be redirected PayPal.com and you will have the option signing into your PayPal account or checking out as a PayPal Guest. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club. Unfortunately, bank payments and American Express are NOT accepted.
Maximum Purchase Policy
The product and services available on our websites, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 10 per product.
We here at B.E.A.M. Cosmetics understands the need to get your items immediately! Due to that reason, we ship every single working day! Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time). We will do our best to get your items to you at the earliest convenience; however, if your order has not reached you within seven (7) days of processing, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number and transaction ID number so we can expedite any issues!
-All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
-All packages should arrive 7-14 days (standard USPS delivery length).
- Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season.
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS Delivery Confirmation number at this time we are no longer responsible for that order.
How do I track my order?
An order confirmation will appear in the final step in your order process. Also, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.

Customer Service email return?
Due to high volume of emails, please allow 24-48 hours before we can return your email. Emails are returned in the order they were sent. We value all of our customers questions, comments and concerns.
When do you restock your items?
Restocks can take up to 2-3 weeks to come back. If it doesn't come back within that time, it either means that it is on back order (which can take up to 4 weeks) or it will not restock. If any product is noted as "Limit Edition" those products may or may not be restock because of it special addition to the collection. If you would like to know if a color or lash will be restocking PLEASE email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it for shipping. Once your order ships and tracking information is sent, B.E.A.M. Cosmetics, LLC is not reliable nor responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged due to USPS shipment. At this time you should contact your local postal office to locate the package or file a complaint. There will be no refunds or re-shipments if your tracking information shows completion (example: "delivered, accepted, received"). Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items.
